The main objective of this course is to introduce the participants to the nature and principles of awqaf. The course also discusses the fiqh on awqaf and the developmental legal aspects of Awaqf. It also gives an overview on History of Waqf Civilization. The course examines the Awqaf as distinct instrument from other Islamic social finance.
